This reform agenda assessment seeks to review the accomplishments of the administration of President Aquino in the first half of his term. It aims to check what the administration has already achieved in terms of key reforms and account for the promises yet to be achieved.
The reform agenda considered for this audit include those belonging to the following sectors:
1. Anti-Corruption (Budget);
2. Human Development (Economy, Education, Health, CCT);
3. Environment and Sustainable Development (Environment);
4. Peace and Security (Justice, Peace and Security, Human Rights);
5. Local Governance (Local Governance); and
6. Political/Electoral Reform (Political and Electoral Reform).
A National Conference on the State of Reform Agenda Under Aquino served as the culminating event for the study.
